Automatically Lock inactive Users after certain number of days..?

Dear all,

I know how to lock the user through UMI API's in Logon page applications.But this is when user try to login attempted that time possible.

Is there a way to automatically lock inactive users after certain number of days in portal system ? or  any configuration..? or any Job Scheduler.

But i am unable to get any idea.How to use the UME APIs to inactivate users identification those users automatically lock and stored to other Data base.It's any job scheduler in Portal 7.4...?
