Error popup "An error occurred while starting the iView" after portal upgrade from NW 7.11 to NW 7.5 SP2

Hi,

 

We have upgraded our current Portal from NW 7.11 to NW 7.5 SP2. I am looking forward your expert help on below issue we are facing while launching Web Dynpro for couple of Users ONLY.

 

Couple of Users reported they are getting alert popup as soon as they open existing java dynpro application.

 

The error message says

An error occurred while starting the iView.

Application /webdynpro/dispathcher/sap.com ... ... ... will run with a wrong client window ID!

Do not continue; please report this problem to your administrator.


Please help to suggest on this.
